Heather Lawler, SHRM-CP, has extensive experience in human resources and financial management. Currently serving as HR Manager at The HOW Group since March 2017, Heather previously held positions including Bookkeeper/Office Manager at Edward J. Mingey Appraisers, Inc. from June 1999 to December 2020, and Financial & Executive Assistant at The Delaware County Daily Times from December 2012 to March 2017. Additionally, Heather worked as Payroll/HR Assistant at Balfour Beatty for a brief period in 2012. Heather holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Actuary/Statistics from Millersville University, which was completed between 1995 and 1999.
