Guillem Solé Bonet has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Guillem is currently working as a Data Engineer at The Hotels Network since September 2021. Prior to this, they worked at RCL Consulting from November 2019 to September 2021, where they held the position of Development Lead, meeting customer requirements with technical solutions. Guillem also worked as a Business Analyst from January 2018 to November 2019, handling the Prolink Integration project and interfacing between Oracle eBS R11 and JDA. Furthermore, they served as a Demand Planning Consultant from March 2016 to June 2018, responsible for the implementation, maintenance, and development of Oracle Demantra and Oracle Cloud Demand Management solutions. Before joining RCL Consulting, Guillem worked at Germark, S.A. as a Business Development Manager Pharma from November 2014 to March 2016, taking on various roles such as project manager and key contact for linking commercial and technical departments. Additionally, they worked on tasks related to PLC solutions design, variable printing software assistance, marketing material creation, and RFID projects collaboration. Guillem also gained experience as a Project Engineer at Lund University from January 2014 to June 2014, where they developed their Master's Thesis in a robotics lab, specifically working with an ABB IRB 140 robot and a Leap Motion Sensor for touch-less control.

Guillem Solé Bonet has a diverse education history. Guillem obtained a Postgraduate degree in Data Management and Big Data from Universitat Oberta de Catalunya in 2020-2021. In 2018, they completed an Open Course in Artificial Intelligence at the same university. Prior to that, they pursued their Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering at Lund University from 2013 to 2014. Guillem also holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering with a specialization in Automatics and Control from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, which they earned from 2009 to 2014. In terms of their secondary education, Guillem Solé Bonet completed high school at Pare Manyanet in 2007-2009.

In addition to their formal education, Guillem Solé Bonet has acquired various certifications. In 2016, they obtained a Certificate in Advanced English (CAE) from the University of Cambridge. In 2009, they received an Introduction to Basketball Certification from Federació Catalana de Basquetbol.
