Bailee Conklin is an experienced professional with a diverse background in operations, sales, and education. Currently serving as the Studio Operations and Sales Manager at The Hot Room since February 2023, Bailee previously held the role of Professional Relations Director at Indianapolis Periodontal from August 2020 to February 2023. Prior experience includes working as a Bartender at Malibu Grill from October 2015 to August 2020 and as a Leasing Coordinator at Regency Multifamily from July 2017 to July 2018, where responsibilities included completing leasing paperwork, monitoring market conditions, and managing resident relations. Bailee also worked as a Substitute Teacher at Eastern Greene Elementary School from January 2015 to October 2016, following assigned curricula and overseeing student activities. Bailee holds a degree from Indiana University Bloomington, having attended from 2017 to 2020.
