Todd Henderson is a distinguished legal scholar and advisor with a robust academic and professional background. Currently serving as a Visiting Fellow at The Hoover Institution at Stanford University since January 2022, Henderson is also the Director at the Education Insurance Corporation of Illinois and an Advisor at Interchecks, both roles initiated in 2020 and ongoing. In addition to these positions, Henderson holds the title of Michael J. Marks Professor of Law and Aaron Director Teaching Scholar at the University of Chicago since August 2005. Prior professional experience includes serving as a Senior Advisor and Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company, alongside an earlier role as an Associate at Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Henderson earned a JD from the University of Chicago Law School and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Princeton University.
