Nina Burik is an experienced professional currently serving as an intern at Public Citizen and a student fellow at The Hoover Institution, Stanford University, while also mentoring students at Curious Cardinals. Prior experience includes coordinating the Youth Advisory Board for Plan International USA and holding positions as both a member of the board and a summer researcher at Stanford University in Political Science and International Relations. Nina has also externed with the Presiding Judge at Cook County Criminal Court and founded We Will Vote USA. Additional work experience includes contributions as a blog writer for 8apart and as a retail sales associate at Frankie's On The Park, alongside serving as executive editor at Polyphony Lit. Nina is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in History with a focus on Justice and Law at Stanford University, having previously studied at The London School of Economics and Political Science and graduating from the Latin School of Chicago.
