Sarah Bauer is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience across various industries, currently serving as Vice President at Scale since April 2023. Previously, Sarah held the position of Head of Communications at Vise, where responsibilities included establishing the communications function and enhancing the company's reputation and visibility. In prior roles, Sarah led external communications at Blend during the company's 2021 IPO and managed marketing communications at SkyGiraffe, driving significant sales opportunities. With earlier positions at MSLGROUP, North of Nine Communications, and FleishmanHillard, Sarah developed strategic communication plans, contributed to high-stakes initiatives for major clients, and built strong media relationships. Sarah holds a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism: Strategic Communication, Business, and French from the University of Missouri-Columbia and a degree in Journalism from Sciences Po.
