Nadia Schadlow is a Senior Fellow at the Hudson Institute and a Visiting Fellow at both the Hoover Institution, Stanford University, and MITRE, all since January 2020. As Principal at Scout Strategy Group, founded in 2018, Schadlow advises clients on strategic positioning and global political risks, particularly at the intersection of technology and national security. Previously, Schadlow served as Chief Geostrategic Officer at Prism Global Management, LLC, from January 2020 to December 2022, and as Deputy Assistant to the President for National Security Strategy at The White House from 2017 to 2018, where the leadership in drafting President Donald J. Trump's National Security Strategy was notable. Schadlow's extensive experience includes a long tenure at the Smith Richardson Foundation as Senior Program Officer and work at the Pentagon, focusing on U.S. and European security. Academic credentials include a PhD and Master's degree from Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies, along with a Bachelor's degree in Soviet Studies and Government from Cornell University.
