Joycelyn Ho is a Government Counsel at The Hong Kong Department of Justice, a role held since November 2019, following a position as a Trainee Solicitor from August 2017 to July 2019 within the same department. Joycelyn completed a Master of Laws with Distinction in Intellectual Property and Information Technology Law and a Postgraduate Certificate in Laws at The University of Hong Kong. Prior academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Leicester and A-Levels from the Stephen Perse Foundation.
