Stacie Boyd is the Director of Human Resources at The Honest Kitchen. Stacie has over eight years of experience in Human Resources, and has been with The Honest Kitchen for just over a year. Prior to their current position, they were the Human Resources Manager for Abrams Airborne Manufacturing, Inc. for three years, and before that, they were with Precision Shooting Equipment Inc. for six years, where they were responsible for all employee programs, including recruitment, payroll, compensation, benefits, talent management, employee development, unemployment, worker’s compensation, and HR technology and compliance.
At Precision Shooting Equipment Inc., they were successful in maintaining health insurance “rate pass” for a consecutive two years with aggressive negotiations with vendors and minimum impact to employees. Stacie also implemented new and improved policies and job descriptions designed to ensure compliance while addressing critical employee morale issues. In addition, they successfully reduced workers compensation claims from 15 claims in 2015 to 6 in 2016 with implementation of new safety programs and training.

Stacie Boyd holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Arizona and a Master of Education in Educational Leadership from Northern Arizona University.
