Mike Earabino has extensive experience in sales operations and management, with a focus on driving process improvements and strategic development. Currently serving as the Sr Manager of Sales Operations at The Honest Company since October 2017, Mike leads a sales operations team and contributes to enterprise-wide enhancements. Previous roles at The Honest Company include Sr Sales Planning Manager for Baby Personal Care and Customer Development Manager, where Mike managed key accounts and collaborated with leadership on business plans. Prior to this, Mike worked at Nestlé from 2008 to 2017 in roles ranging from Category Shopper Development Manager to Field Sales Representative, contributing to the growth of various product portfolios. Mike began a career in sales with roles at Nestlé Waters North America and CROSSMARK. Mike holds a Bachelor's degree in International Business from the University of Montana.
