Thomas Spahr has extensive experience in human resources and talent management, currently serving as Vice President of Talent Management and Development at The Home Depot since February 2000, overseeing organization effectiveness, development, and learning initiatives. Previous roles at The Home Depot include Vice President of Learning and Development, Vice President of Talent Management & Diversity, and Vice President of Human Resources for an 800-store division, where responsibilities spanned talent acquisition, diversity and inclusion, and HR leadership for various corporate functions. Prior to The Home Depot, Thomas Spahr managed human resources at Wickes Lumber Company, contributing to internal communications and training efforts. Thomas Spahr holds a degree from the University at Albany, earned between 1988 and 1992.
