Spencer L. Brown is an experienced sales and operations professional with a diverse background across multiple industries. Currently serving as a District Sales Manager at The Home Depot since July 2015, Spencer oversees Home Services sales for regions including Hampton Roads and Greater Richmond. Additionally, Spencer holds several roles with the Philadelphia Eagles, where responsibilities include overseeing game day operations and ensuring high-quality customer service. As Chief Elections Officer for the City of Virginia Beach since September 2016, Spencer is tasked with ensuring the integrity and security of elections. Further involvement with the Alliance Party of Virginia as Vice Chair began in January 2021. Prior experience includes marketing and sales roles at ADT and Southern Auto Group, and a marketing and outreach position at Kyle P. Adams & Associates, LLC, focusing on community engagement and client education.
