Carolyn High has extensive experience in customer service and management, currently serving as a Cashier Customer Service associate at The Home Depot since July 2016, where responsibilities include customer service, hardware department sales, and cash office support. Previously, Carolyn held the position of Assistant Manager at Family Dollar from April 2006 to May 2008, handling customer service, cash management, and inventory tasks. Earlier experience as Front Desk Manager at Rodeway Inn & Suites from January 2005 to April 2006 involved overseeing cash and credit reconciliations, customer service, and employee training. Carolyn holds an Associate's degree in Accounting Technology and Bookkeeping from State College of Florida-Manatee-Sarasota, as well as a high school diploma from Thompson High School Penn Foster.
