Director, Data Science at The Home Depot

Anand Mathew serves as the Director of Data Science at The Home Depot since April 2012, leading the Marketing Data Science team with a focus on customer-centric marketing strategies across B2B, B2C, and vendor channels, as well as personalization and innovation. Previous roles at The Home Depot include Sr. Manager of Marketing Analysis and Sr. Manager of Customer Analytics, where responsibilities encompassed designing personalized marketing platforms and building a robust Marketing Analytics practice. Prior to this, Anand held various positions at Limited Brands, including Manager of Statistical Modeling & Analysis and Manager of Insight, contributing to marketing analytics for Victoria’s Secrets and Bath and Body Works. Earlier experience includes roles at Bath & Body Works, Sullivan Direct, Satyam, and Bajaj Auto Ltd, demonstrating a strong background in data analysis, statistical modeling, and engineering. Anand holds a Master’s degree in Business Analytics from the University of Cincinnati and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology.
