Katie Stansfield has over 15 years of progressive experience in retail management and human resources. Currently serving on the Board of Directors for The Ironwood Project since 2019, Katie has held multiple roles at The Home Depot Canada since November 2012, including HR Manager, Store Manager, and Merchandising Execution Manager. Prior experience at Canadian Tire from September 2005 to November 2012 includes positions such as General Manager, Associate Merchandising Manager, and Field Merchandiser. Katie Stansfield holds a degree from the University of Toronto, which was completed between 2000 and 2004.
