Aileen O'Doherty, MBA, PMP has a range of experience in market research and customer insights roles. Currently, they are the Director of Customer Insights & Brand Marketing at The Home Depot Canada, where they are responsible for leading the Canadian Division Insights team and also oversees the Brand Marketing team. Prior to this, they were the Insights & Brand Marketing Lead at The Home Depot, where they managed various campaigns and initiatives related to branding, communication, events, and customer relationship management. Aileen also has experience at Ipsos in various roles, including Senior Account Manager, Research Manager, Project Manager, and Research Analyst. Additionally, they worked as a Sportsnet Research Project Lead during their MBA internship at Rogers Communications. Aileen O'Doherty, MBA, PMP completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on International Business from Ryerson University in 2014. Aileen holds a Bachelor of Management and Organizational Studies from Western University and was an exchange student at the University of Leeds, where they also completed their Bachelor of Management and Organizational Studies degree. In 2015, Aileen obtained their Project Management Professional Certification (PMP) from the Project Management Institute (PMI). Additionally, they received their CanSkate Coach certification from Skate Canada in 2002.
