Christina Kennedy began their work experience in 2016 as an Office Manager at the Elon University Office of Student Conduct, where they worked until 2019. In 2019, they joined The Hollister Group as a Recruiting Manager and later became the Manager of Recruiting & Training - Administrative & HR in April 2022.

Christina Kennedy attended Elon University from 2015 to 2019, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in English with a focus on Creative Writing.
