Kelley Hines serves as an Associate Curator at The Historic New Orleans Collection since December 2018, where responsibilities include researching potential acquisitions, contributing to collections access and stewardship, and developing exhibitions with a focus on visitor-centered interpretation. Prior roles at the same institution included Associate Registrar and Assistant Registrar, specializing in object housing and records management. Previously, Kelley worked as a Co-Curator for the exhibition "South Side Stories—The Art and Influence of Dr. Margaret T. Burroughs" at the DuSable Museum of African American History, along with experience as a Collections Assistant and Junior Project Member at various institutions. Kelley Hines holds a Master of Arts in Social Sciences with a concentration in Anthropology from the University of Chicago and a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology and Theater from Vanderbilt University.
