Asia N. Alexander is a skilled communication professional currently serving as a freelancer for Washingtonian Magazine and as a staff reporter for The Hilltop since August 2021. Asia is also the founder of BIG (Building Incredible Generations) and has garnered experience as an editorial intern at Forbes and a communications specialist at NASA, where the tenure spanned from September 2023 to May 2024. Additional experience includes roles as an internal communications intern at General Motors, a public relations intern at Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater, and a communications intern for Senator Raphael Warnock. Asia’s journey began with an internship at The Washington Informer, followed by an internship at IMPACT Strategies. Asia N. Alexander is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies at Howard University, having previously attended Florida State University Schools.
