Adelle Barkhuizen is currently working as an Underwriter and Head of Training at The Hilltop Microfinance Initiative. They are also serving as the Head of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) at the same company. Adelle is pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance at Georgetown University and has gained experience in journalism, investment banking, event coordination, and various other roles at companies such as The Hoya, BDA Partners, and Goldman Sachs.
