Julie Slattery is an accomplished media professional with extensive experience in event production and journalism. Currently serving as the Executive Producer of Events at The Hill since August 2020, Julie has also worked as a Freelance Producer for virtual events. Prior experience includes a role as a Package Cutting Producer for ABC News' Good Morning America, This Week & NewsOne, and serving as an Executive Producer at SAGE Publishing from September 2015 to November 2019. Julie's freelance work includes contributions to AtlanticLIVE, CCTV, and News Pop, where skills in live event production, show and script writing, and copy editing were honed. Previously, Julie was a Senior Producer at Bloomberg News for nearly two decades, focusing on the intersection of government, politics, and regulatory agencies. Julie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Princeton University.
