Amanda Bomers, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Human Resources Director at The Highlands at Harbor Springs since June 2017, where significant achievements include developing a two-year Certified Chef Apprenticeship program and managing 401(k) eligibility and benefit enrollment. Additionally, Amanda has been involved in remote HR functions for Gatlinburg Skylift Park since October 2013, while previously holding the role of Human Resources Generalist at Boyne Resorts from October 2013 to June 2017, where responsibilities included 401(k) lead and benefit coordination. Amanda began their career at Boyne Highlands Resort as an Evening Dining Room Supervisor, focusing on training new team members and ensuring exceptional guest experiences. Amanda holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications and Human Resources from Saginaw Valley State University.
