Kaia D. is currently a Server & Care professional at Lifestyle Options Retirement Communities since May 2023, responsible for food preparation and dining services, as well as home care and nursing assistance. In addition, Kaia serves as the Team Lead for the "Shepherding" Team at DCF Lafayette College, focusing on inclusivity and creating a safe space for all students. As a Campus Captain for The Hidden Opponent since January 2022, Kaia advocates for student-athlete mental health and strives to address the stigma surrounding mental health in sports culture. Kaia is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs at Lafayette College, having previously studied Communication, Public Relations, and Marketing Management at Longwood University.
