Elona Mortimer-Zhika currently serves as a Board Trustee at The Hg Foundation and a Non Executive Director at Boardwave. With extensive experience in leadership positions, Mortimer-Zhika held roles including Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Financial Officer at IRIS Software Group from November 2016 to December 2024. Additionally, Mortimer-Zhika was a Non Executive Director and Chair of the Audit Committee at Purplebricks Group PLC and held the position of Senior Vice President and Chief of Staff to the CEO at Mavenir. A former VP of Commercial Finance and Group Financial Controller at Acision, Mortimer-Zhika began career at Deloitte as a Senior Manager after completing an ACA from ICAEW and a BA Honours in Accounting and Economics from the University of Reading.
