Ruthann Spencer is an experienced professional in project and portfolio management, currently serving as a Clarity Functional Consultant at Rego Consulting since January 2022. Previously, Ruthann held various roles at Fiserv from 1997 to January 2022, culminating in the position of Senior Manager for Portfolio Management. Additional experience includes serving as a Project Manager and Clarity Administrator at Adventist Health System from 2011 to 2014, and early career work as a Contractor in the Master Planning Department at Lockheed Martin Electronics & Missiles from 1991 to 1997. Ruthann has a strong background in managing and implementing project management solutions, particularly with CA Clarity PPM.
