Jessica Lauffer has over nine years of experience in food science and operations, currently serving as Manager of Operation Business Development for the Reese & Kit Kat Brand at The Hershey Company since July 2017. Previously held roles include Manager of Supply Chain, Senior Operation Specialist, and Production Team Lead. Prior experience includes working as an R&D Technologist at Specialty Bakers LLC and a Food Technologist at The Warrell Corporation, focusing on product development, quality improvement, and ingredient research. Early career roles at institutions such as Penn State University and HJ Heinz involved teaching assistance and research internships, contributing to food safety and shelf-life evaluation projects. Jessica holds a Bachelor's Degree in Food Science from The Pennsylvania State University and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Management, Strategy, and Leadership from Michigan State University.
