Dauphin Oler serves as the Global Product Portfolio Lead at The Hershey Company since October 2022, focusing on portfolio management across regional markets to enhance profitability and growth while standardizing reporting processes. Prior to this role, Dauphin Oler contributed to Johnson & Johnson from August 2018 to October 2022, supporting the Consumer Care segment through the design and implementation of analytics and reporting tools, as well as advising on talent strategies in the pharmaceutical sector. Previous experience at QBE Insurance involved survey analysis, data management, and generating performance reports. Dauphin Oler holds a Master's degree in Data Science from the Technological Institute of the Philippines and a Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics from Asia Pacific College.
