Chelsea Shuey has over a decade of experience in retail and workforce analytics, currently serving as a Senior Analyst at The Hershey Company since April 2011. Chelsea's roles have evolved from Retail Attendant to Sr. Analyst, involving responsibilities such as supervising a team of 160 employees, conducting inventory assessments, and training new staff on sales and guest relations. Previous experience includes a Sales Associate position at Old Navy.
