Jamis Leeper is currently the Executive Director of Spark Balance at The Heritage Community, a short-term RTC stabilization program. Prior to this role, Jamis served as the Medical Director at Springfield Medical Care Systems. Jamis holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice in Psychiatric Mental-Health Nurse Practitioner from the University of Utah and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Utah Valley University.
