Philip Mathew has had a successful career in healthcare administration. Philip started in 2003 as a Practice Manager at Children's Medical Center Dallas. After two years, they moved on to become the Site Administrator at Children's Medical Center - Ambulatory Care Pavilion Legacy. In 2007, they transitioned to the role of Administrator/C.O.O. at Women's Health Alliance/OB GYN Associates of Dallas, where they stayed until 2014. Philip'smost recent position was as the Director of Operations at The Heart Hospital Baylor Plano, a role they have held since 2014.

Philip Mathew obtained a Masters degree in Healthcare Administration from Texas State University. Philip attended the university from 2000 to 2003.
