Dr Marion Lynch has a diverse range of work experience in the healthcare field. Dr Marion has served as a Quality Improvement Education Programme Content Writer for Primary Care International, as well as a Clinical Associate. At Coventry University London, Dr Lynch worked as a Module content writer, lecturer, and dissertation supervisor for the MBA Global Health Leadership & Management program. Dr Marion also served as an Independent Consultant and Gender Equity Mentor at the University of Global Health Equity. Dr Lynch has worked as a Research and Evaluation Consultant for ELC, an Independent Coach and Global Health Consultant for Quality Education & Research, and a Visiting Professor at the University of West London. Dr Marion was part of the Q Community Founding Cohort at The Health Foundation and served as the Charity Director for Fiona Foundation for Kids. Dr Marion also worked as a Trainer and Clinical Lead at ECG for a COVID vaccination center. In addition, Dr Lynch has experience in the NHS, where they worked as the Interim National Nurse Director.

- In 2007 to 2008, they completed a Postgraduate Certificate in Commissioning at Middlesex University, specializing in Health Services Administration.
- From 2009 to 2010, they obtained a Postgraduate Certificate in Leadership and Management from Brunel University London, focusing on Organizational Leadership.
