Lisa Marriott is a seasoned leader in people and culture with extensive experience in strategic HR and organizational development. They began their career as an HR Management Graduate Trainee at the NHS Institute for Innovation and Improvement, where they quickly advanced through various roles. Lisa has held pivotal positions, including Head of Strategic HR and OD at NHS England and currently serves as People and Culture Leader at Embark Federation. Additionally, Lisa is a Board Trustee at Rebuild East Midlands, where they support survivors of modern slavery. They are a dedicated advocate for inclusion, well-being, and personal agency in the workplace.
