Geoff Kirk is the Head of IT and Digital at The Health and Care Professions Council. Previously, Geoff was the Deputy Director of Technology and Change at Joseph Rowntree Foundation and held various leadership roles in IT and performance management within the healthcare sector. Geoff has a BA (Hons) in economics and a postgraduate certificate in business administration.
