Caroline Starr is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in communications and editorial roles. Currently serving as the Business and Communications Director at The Healing Collective since May 2018, Caroline focuses on supporting therapists by fostering collaboration among helping professions. Prior to this, Caroline held the position of Managing Editor at the Ontario Cabinet Office, overseeing the communication workflow during a significant government transition. Caroline’s impressive tenure at Oxford University Press spanned a decade, where various roles included Senior Acquisitions Editor, Acquisitions Editor, and Sales Coordinator, all emphasizing project management, marketing, and editorial expertise. Caroline’s educational background includes a Master of Economic Development and Innovation from the University of Waterloo, a BA in History from Dalhousie University, and a diploma in Book and Magazine Publishing from Centennial College. Earlier teaching roles as an ESL instructor in Japan and Canada further demonstrate Caroline's diverse skill set.
