Kevin Probst currently serves as Vice President of Support Services at The HCI Group, overseeing all services impacting end-users and working under the Global Head of Delivery. Previously, Kevin held the position of Program Director for Support Services, managing a team and developing sales proposals and client contracts. Prior roles at Saint Francis Healthcare System included Manager of IT Services, where Kevin managed daily operations and financial accountability, as well as Assistant Manager of Field Services, and Field Service Coordinator, focusing on staff management and project planning. Earlier experience in the United States Marine Corps as Information Systems Chief involved managing a helpdesk and providing technical training. Kevin's education includes specialized training in computer repair, electronics, leadership, and organizational leadership.
