Laura Hawes has extensive experience in administrative and human resources roles, currently serving as the Executive Assistant to the CEO/President at The Harvard State Bank since April 2021. Prior to this position, Laura worked at Ortho Molecular Products from November 2015 to April 2021, where responsibilities included roles as a Human Resources Assistant and Front Desk Receptionist within a prominent nutraceutical manufacturing company. Additionally, Laura gained valuable experience as a Human Resources Intern at the Milwaukee Center For Independence in the summer of 2015, where tasks involved various HR and recruiting functions. Laura holds a degree from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville.
