Scott Schultz is a seasoned insurance executive with extensive experience in underwriting and risk management, particularly in the construction sector. Currently serving as Chief Underwriting Officer for Construction at The Hartford since November 2023, Scott previously held leadership roles at CNA Insurance as Head of General Liability for Construction and at AXA XL as Vice President for Primary Casualty Construction. With a robust background that includes managing multi-million dollar operations at Zurich North America and significant roles in underwriting and account management at various firms, Scott has consistently demonstrated expertise in overseeing regional operations, managing profitability, and enhancing underwriting practices within the construction insurance niche.
