Nick Conty, PharmD, is a Pharmacy Resident at Employers Health since July 2024, following experience as a Pharmacy Intern at Mount Carmel St Ann's from January 2022 to May 2024 and earlier at The Ohio State University Medication Management Program from May 2018 to January 2022. Throughout these roles, Nick has effectively counseled patients on various disease states, provided insights on proper medication use, and emphasized the importance of adherence, while collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure positive therapeutic outcomes. Nick holds a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from The Ohio State University, completed in 2024, and a Bachelor of Science in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the same institution, earned in 2020.
