Ronan Shenhav has extensive experience in research and development, primarily focused on conflict and political violence. Currently serving as a Research & Development Officer at The HALO Trust since June 2019, Ronan has held multiple roles, including Operations Officer and Programme Officer. Prior to this, experience as an Eurasia Researcher at the Armed Conflict Location & Event Data Project involved expanding a major database on armed conflict into Central Asia. Additional roles include Development, Monitoring and Evaluation Officer at the Eurasia Foundation of Central Asia, Short-Term Election Observer for Silba, Water Management and Energy Security Trainee at OSCE, and Political Affairs and Human Rights Intern at the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Hungary. Academically, Ronan holds a Master's degree in International Security, a Master's degree in the History of Politics, Governance and Policy, and a Bachelor's degree in History, all from the University of Groningen.
