Nokutenda Masiyanise has a diverse work experience starting in 2016 as an Orientation Leader at the University of Cape Town. Nokutenda then worked as a Social Work Student at the College of Magic, SOZO Foundation, and St. Luke's Hospice, where they conducted individual and community work with individuals with life-limiting illnesses and conducted needs assessments for beneficiaries. Nokutenda also worked as a Residence Subwarden at the University of Cape Town. In 2019, they joined Care at the Core of Humanity (CATCH) as a Child Support Officer, providing emotional support and comprehensive assessments for children in contact or conflict with the law. Currently, they are working at The HALO Trust as the Head of Donor Management and Partnerships, responsible for donor and partner management, monitoring and evaluation, training, communication management, and leading social media activities.
Nokutenda Masiyanise obtained a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from the University of Cape Town, completing the program between the years 2015 and 2018.
