Edward Lajoie

Head Of Operational Compliance at The HALO Trust

Edward Lajoie has a diverse work history, starting with their current role as Head of Operational Compliance at The HALO Trust since August 2021. Before joining The HALO Trust, Edward worked at the Center for International Stabilization and Recovery as an Assistant Project Manager and Research Specialist from May 2011 to November 2013. In this role, they planned and implemented projects, researched and wrote grants, represented the organization at international conferences, and supervised student staff.

Edward's earliest work experience was as a Summer Intern at Marcus and Allen LLC during the summers of 2007, 2008, and 2009.

Edward Lajoie completed their high school education at Mills E Godwin High School from 2003 to 2007. Afterward, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Affairs at James Madison University, where they studied from 2007 to 2011. In 2010, Edward participated in a study abroad program at Misr International University, although they did not earn a specific degree during this period.
