Fay Rigos possesses extensive experience in project and product management across various sectors, including consumer goods and medical devices. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager for The Hain Celestial Group since June 2022, Fay has previously held key roles such as Product Development Manager at C&T Tool and Instruments, Innovation Planner at Unilever, and R&D Project Manager at Pall Corporation. Fay's expertise includes leading cross-functional teams, driving innovation, and managing product development processes from ideation to launch. Notable achievements include managing new product development yielding substantial annual revenues and cost savings in both the medical and consumer goods industries. Fay holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from New York University and a Master’s Degree in Biology from Adelphi University.
