Erskine S. has a strong background in supply chain and continuous improvement. Starting with the United States Marine Corps where they served as a Marine Officer for 9 years, Erskine then joined Nestlé Waters North America where they held various roles including Operations Resource and Factory Manager, playing a pivotal role in reducing waste and improving productivity. Erskine then moved on to The Hain Celestial Group, where they held roles such as Director of Continuous Improvement and Senior Director of CI, before becoming the Vice President of Customer Supply Chain. Overall, Erskine has demonstrated their expertise in supply chain management, continuous improvement, and leadership throughout their career.

Erskine S. obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science from the University of Mississippi in the period from 1996 to 2001. In 2012, Erskine earned a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certificate from Purdue University. Erskine also received training in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from the US Marine Corps in 2001.
