Curtiss Bruce has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Curtiss started their career as a Fund Analyst at SEI Investments in 1995 before moving on to work as an Alumni at Penn State University from 1998 to 2000. Curtiss then joined Unilever Bestfoods in 2001, where they managed financial oversight and performance of the Bertolli Brands. In 2004, they joined Frito Lay as a Net Sales Manager, responsible for managing sales and trade spend for a $500 million business. Curtiss held various roles at Frito Lay, including Sales Finance Group Manager and Selling Expense Manager, until 2008. After that, they worked at Mars as a Finance Manager and Director of Finance for their M&Ms Brand. From 2012 to 2015, they worked at The Kraft Heinz Company, holding positions such as Head of N.A. Procurement Finance and Director of Finance Cheese and Dairy. Curtiss then joined Kellogg Company as CFO and SVP Finance for the RXBAR brand before becoming CFO and VP of Finance for Specialty Channels. In 2019, they moved to Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. as the VP of Finance for Concentrate and International. Currently, they are working at The Hain Celestial Group as the SVP of Corporate FP&A.
Curtiss Bruce completed an MBA in Finance/Supplychain from Penn State University from 1998 to 2000. Prior to that, they obtained a BS in Accounting from Millersville University of Pennsylvania between 1990 and 1995. Curtiss has also obtained a certification in the Black Executive Leadership Program from McKinsey & Company, although the exact month of completion is not provided.
