Director, Continuous Improvement & Manufacturing Operations Excellence at The Hain Celestial Group

Anthony M. C. has over 15 years of experience in various leadership roles in logistics, operations, and supply chain management. Anthony M. is currently serving as the Director of Continuous Improvement & Manufacturing Operations Excellence at The Hain Celestial Group since April 2021. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Supply Chain Operations at Domino's from October 2019 to March 2021. In this role, they were responsible for all supply chain operations including manufacturing, transportation, customer service, engineering, and distribution.

Before Domino's, Anthony M. C. served as the Director of Operations (Manufacturing & Distribution) at Thermo Fisher Scientific from July 2018 to October 2019. Anthony M. led manufacturing and global distribution operations for the Laboratory Chemicals Division and managed a team of 500+ professionals with 3PL partners.

From 2013 to 2018, Anthony M. C. worked at PepsiCo in various roles. Anthony M. served as the Logistics, Distribution & Transportation Director from October 2016 to April 2018 and as a Site Leader from November 2013 to September 2016. In these roles, they managed finished goods and raw material distribution operations, led a team of professionals and 3PL partners, and implemented efficiency improvement projects.

Anthony M. C. started their career in 2007 as a General Manager at DHL Supply Chain. Anthony M. had complete financial, operational, and leadership responsibility for various operations, including those for DuPont Imaging Technologies and GE Lighting. Prior to this, they worked as an Industrial Engineer and Operations Manager at DHL Supply Chain.

Before their corporate career, Anthony M. C. served as an Officer in the United States Army from May 2005 to November 2007.

From 2001 to 2005, Anthony M. C. attended the United States Military Academy at West Point, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems Engineering. Following this, they enrolled at John Jay College (CUNY) from 2005 to 2007 to complete their Master of Public Administration degree, specializing in Human Resource Management.
