Kim Bishop possesses extensive experience in economic analysis and policy development, currently serving as a Puppy Fosterer at The Guide Dogs for the Blind Association since March 2021. In addition, Kim has held the position of Local Treasurer at the Ministry of Justice UK since August 2012, overseeing a team focused on family justice analysis. Previous roles include Deputy Chief Economist for Professional Development and Senior Economic Advisor at various organizations where Kim led economic analysis related to probation services and family justice. Earlier in the career at HMRC from September 2007 to August 2012, Kim contributed as an Economist, providing economic advice across multiple teams. Kim holds an MSc in Economics and Social Policy from the University of York and a BSc in Economics from Brunel University London.
