Alan Thomas is an experienced operations and project management professional with a diverse background in various roles. Currently serving as Operations Support and Puppy Raiser at The Guide Dogs for the Blind Association since August 2018, Alan previously held positions including Associate at the College of Policing and Director at More Positive Me. Alan’s notable experience in project management includes senior roles at Lloyds Bank, Nationwide Building Society, Aldermore Bank PLC, and CFS, where responsibilities encompassed managing GDPR compliance, mortgage-related PPI activities, and integration for banking recoveries. Alan holds an Honours degree in Economics from the University of Wales, Cardiff, attained between 1985 and 1988.
