Latoya Bailey, MBA has a diverse range of work experience in administrative roles. Latoya currently holds the position of Chief of Staff at The Guidance Center of Westchester since June 2020. Prior to this, they served as an Executive Assistant at the same company from February to May 2020.

From 2017 to 2019, Latoya worked as an Office Administrator at Auto-Chlor System. Before that, they were an Administrative Assistant at START Treatment & Recovery Centers from September 2015 to March 2017.

Their earliest work experience was as an Office Assistant at JASA, where they worked from May 2008 to September 2015.

Latoya Bailey holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Mercy College, which they obtained from 2019 to 2022. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Sociology from York College of the City University of New York from 2014 to 2016. Before their bachelor's degree, they completed an Associate's degree in Human Services, General from Borough of Manhattan Community College between 2012 and 2014.

In addition to their formal education, Latoya also obtained two certifications. Latoya received an Executive Certification in Nonprofit Leadership from Leadership Fellows New York in December 2022. Furthermore, they obtained a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education in May 2021.
