Serge Girard has been with THE GTI GROUP since 2004, currently serving as Vice-President of Storage & Handling and Executive Director of Operations. In these roles, Serge is responsible for establishing operational policies, ensuring team alignment with company objectives, and contributing to strategic goals. Prior experience includes serving as Chief Dispatcher for Road Transport at THE GTI GROUP, where Serge managed transport operations and collaborated across departments to enhance efficiency. Prior to that, Serge held the position of Director of Supply Chain Management at Racan Carrier from 1999 to 2004, focusing on logistics, warehouse management, and cost reduction strategies. Serge is an alumnus of UQAM | Université du Québec à Montréal.
