Hannah Feldberg Dubin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in organizational development, facilitation, and consulting. As the Principal Facilitator, Consultant, and Founder of The Group Forward since September 2017, Hannah specializes in enhancing team dynamics and community engagement. Previous roles include Management Consultant at Academic Expeditions Inc., where responsibilities encompassed planning and logistics for educational travel programs, and Associate Director of Culture & Training Strategy at The Design Gym, focusing on group facilitation and design thinking. Additionally, Hannah served as Consulting Director for Youth Experiences at Me to We, overseeing the development and quality of youth programs internationally. Educationally, Hannah holds a Master's degree in Leisure Studies from the University of Waterloo and a Bachelor's degree in Recreation Management from Acadia University.
